Poke Acupuncture, Los Angeles CA
So excited to share Russell’s new Poke Acupuncture office. Tour coming soon.
Rodellee Bas (owner of Adore Vintage) had me down to her studio over the weekend. She’s created the most unique space for selling, shipping, and photographing her vintage apparel for her online shop. A major extension of her home, this workspace lends itself to all things early 1900-1920’s. And she even did a tap dance for me and her boyfriend at the end of our shoot. J’adore!
Today on Apartment Therapy I featured a baby nursery tour for little Elsa, Jeff and Liv’s adorable 7 month old. When Jeff’s studio/office got the boot he had the great adventure of converting their garage!
Sneak a peek tonight!

Yesterday was an oddly productive day even though I didn’t “work”. One thing I’ve been wanting to do for some time is organize my desk space, or at least attempt to. I also tore down my old vision board and put up a new one.

[for Apartment Therapy]
I met John Arsenault last year, while shooting a house tour for him and his two roommates Russell Brown (Poke Acupuncture) and John Ruggiero (Starworks Artists). Completely envious that John has both his own room and a home office, I decided to feature it on Apartment Therapy today.
John, an acclaimed fine art and commercial photographer works between Los Angeles and New York. He has a compelling collection of personal work (variations of story telling through self portraits) as well as gorgeous still life and environmental portraits. The home office he created has three tables, where he can work on his compute, spread out his work, paint and plenty of room for stacks of print boxes. Besides the amazing inspiration board he’s created that covers his mirrored wall, there are two ginormous deer heads mounted to the wall.
