A couple weeks ago I photographed Sean and Sara Woolsey’s adorable Costa Mesa cottage. Sean is a furniture and product designer and Sara works in fashion. This house was so original, so restrained and the perfect working portfolio for his designs.

iPhone snapshot inside an adorable 300square foot apartment I shot today in Silver Lake.
Sneak Peek: Gavin and Wendy share their home with their two boys Boots + Oscar, along with their two dogs. Not only is it an adorable cottage with great built-ins but there is also beautiful landscaping. A full house tour will be up on Apartment Therapy next Tuesday!

Last Saturday I joined director/writer Adam Russell for the filming of his short film “For Who I Am”. I was there to to capture behind the scenes and film stills. What an incredible location they landed, this home was so well executed in design and architecture. The crew didn’t really even have to stage anything, it was already a perfect set.
(Crossing my fingers) I hope to get back over there for a house tour :)

Alec + Jamie’s house- Highland Park CA
Mark Knowles is awesome, and his house is an extension of his cool. He found this incredible architectural dream and restored all the original cabinetry and floors. He even matched the paint colors to the original color and finish of the originals. His homage to everything mid century design is wonderful. I also adore his sense of humor and appreciation for artwork and retro books/comics. Full house tour to come on Apartment Therapy in a couple weeks.

My house tour feature this week, of John Coulter’s lovely Spanish Miracle Mile home. Today on Apartment Therapy
John Coulter is a Los Angeles based model, with a background in Illustration and performing arts. He’s living in his dream house right in the heart of LA- A gorgeous Spanish style one bedroom home. Complete with an eat in kitchen and mid sized back yard, this home is charming as ever. He has collected artwork and decor from his travels around the world, integrating with his love of design and his own artistic projects. I also appreciate that while he has imported lighting from Europe, he also has garden accessories from Target. He’s honed in on his knack for luxury shopping at bargain prices.
John Coulter’s backyard is a dream come true.
